THE Right Brain vs Left Brain test ... do you see the dancer turning clockwise or anti-clockwise?

If clockwise, then you use more of the right side of the brain and vice versa.

Most of us would see the dancer turning anti-clockwise though you can try to focus and change the direction; see if you can do it.

Actually, the direction she's really going is undetermined. It is an excellent test, and she does not change directions. None can tell--she's a completely black silhouette. It all depends on how you percieve it. By focusing on her feet, I can actually tell my mind that the foot is switching back and forth between directions at will. That's not really happening, but that's the illusion I see, and I can change that illusion as I please. If it doesn't work, then your mind is either completely one-sided, or else you're not focusing hard enough. For me, it usually goes CCW, but I can change it if I try.

If any of you believe that it's programmed to switch directions, then it should be pretty easy to prove whether your speculation is true. Just gather a few friends to your monitor and see if you all see her change directions at the same time or even see her going the same direction at the same time. (Here's a clue--you won't.)
