　私共大槻食材は、会社沿革にもございます通り、些事な創業でございましたが、各位に導かれ支えられて、一貫して業務用食材を扱って参りました。

　半世紀を経た現在では、お客様も、製菓製パン・食品加工業・ホテル・レストランをはじめとする外食産業並びに、学校・企業・病院等の給食産業、その他各国大使館・領事館等多面的に構成されて参りました。

　又、特約メーカー・仕入先様には、開発・開拓に渾身のお力添えを賜り、今日へ導いて頂きました。

　この皆様のお励ましがあればこそ、函館店・札幌店と基本機能を備え、大槻食品館（９店舗）として、地域の特色を盛り合わせた、流通の簡便を促進する事が適いました。

　ここに、お客様・仕入先様・関係各位に、改めて深甚なる感謝を申し上げます。

　この謝恩を心に刻み、順境におごらず、逆境にひるまず、謙虚にまい進して参ります。

OHTSUKI FOODS CORPORATION，as stated in the corporate history，started its business in small scale and, thanks to your favor and support, we have been fortunate to stay in dealing with foods for various business uses.

After a half century in the food business, our multifarious customer bases has extended to the confectionary industry, the bakery industry, the other food processing industry, the food service industry including restaurants and hotels, the catering industry for schools, companies and hospitals, and also to a number of embassies and consulates.

In the course of developing our business, we have been greatly indebted to mighty efforts made by our contract manufacturers and suppliers.

With all the supports and encouragement by the customers and suppliers, we have been able to promote a simplified distribution system servicing the pillar shops in Sapporo and Hakodate, together with other nine Ohtsuki Food Pavilions, taking into consideration of the regional characteristics.

Here again, we express our sincerest gratitude to the customers, the suppliers and those concerned.

Keeping the gratitude in our mind, we try to remain steady in business, being modesty while in prosperity and enduring while in hardship.
