利用者向け規約
「ウェブ魚拓」を用いて他のウェブサイトの魚拓（以下、「魚拓」といいます）の取得を行う利用者（以下、「利用者」といいます）による利用には、「利用者向け規約」の全てに同意したものとして扱われます。
本規約は、運営会社の判断により予告なく任意に変更できるものとします。
利用者は変更された時点での内容に同意しているものとみなされ、利用者はこれに同意します。
引用記事の紹介
運営会社は、ウェブ魚拓にリンクを張った利用者の記事について、断りなくウェブ魚拓のサイト上で部分的に掲載できるものとします。
利用者は運営会社に対して異議を申し立てることができ、その場合に運営会社は該当記事の掲載を中止するものとします。
削除
運営会社は、自らの判断によって魚拓および利用者のコメントを削除することができるものとします。
禁止事項
利用者による「ウェブ魚拓」の利用において、以下の行為が禁止されています。
- ウェブ魚拓のサーバに過度の負荷をかける行為
- ウェブ魚拓の運営を妨害する行為、運営会社が不適切と判断する行為
- 無修正のわいせつ物、児童ポルノなど国内で公開が禁止されているページの取得。
- 他者の権利を不当に侵害する行為
- 最終改正された著作権法に基づく、情報の収集を禁止している条件を満たすと思われるHPの取得の禁止。(平成26年においては、HPによる文面等による収集の拒否などが追加されています。)
- その他の不法行為
免責事項
「ウェブ魚拓」を利用したこと又は利用できないことによって生じる損害について運営会社は責任を負わないものとします。
個人情報
運営会社は、魚拓を取得した時点での利用者のIPアドレスを保存しています。
これについて、運営会社は自らが必要と認めた際に開示することができるものとします。
