This is a journal and high endorsement of my experience curing my prostatitis in Changsha China at Dr. Songs 3d clinic. I was there at the end of 2012 – feb 2013. Prior to my visit I was sick for over 7 years. I saw at least 25 Dr.’s in the United States and none could help me. I saw Dr. Toth NYC I also saw Dr. Richard David and Dr. Leslie Kaplan in LA. I repeat no Dr.s in The States could help me. I finally decided to go to changsha after looking at all my options and researching. My last Dr. in the Untied states was Dr. Kaplan. Dr. Kaplan could NOT find any bacteria in my semen or any test he did, this was not unusual as many of my tests came back negative. However Dr. Kaplan was the ONLY Dr. in the U.S to talk to me about blockage. He told me I had blockage in my seminal vesicle and he wanted to laser surgery it out.
After he told me I had blockage i had no issues going to china. I didn’t want a surgery and it wasn’t going to deal with the possible blockage in my prostate. This is very Key, if you have had this problem for more that 3-6 months and you have relapsed after taking antibiotics, your body is building this blockage and you will never have good results until its cleared. Dr.’s don’t know how to deal with it, and most don’t even know its a problem. So now that you have that insight, you now know more than most urologists. It only took me 7 years to learn.
Below is an outline of my time and some pictures so you know I’m real and i really went. I’m taking time to do this because if i had found something like this earlier my life, I may not have suffered for so long, and i wouldn’t have so much debt, and would have shed fewer tears. But the good news is now I’m free, and you could be too.

My flight to changsha was on China Southern. It was the cheapest airline i could find, and the flight from LA to China was GREAT. The food was great! The plane was brand new, the stewardesses were young ,pretty, tall, and nice, and spoke english. There are tv’s in the seats. with movies you can pick. My connecting flight was fine, not as fancy but better than southwest airlines in the US. They give you hot damp towels to clean up with too, its great!
When I got to the airports in china i noticed that they were all nice and pretty new. Its not a 3rd world country in fact most of the construction is new in the cities, so it feels very modern. There is some poverty in the country side, you can see some of it driving into the city from the airport.
Once I got to Changsha’s airport Belinda, who is super, was there holding a sign for me. I got my bags and then we got a cab/car service into the city. The car was sorta clean but could have been cleaner. Driving into the city was wild, you can see some of the poverty in the country side, and all the new construction along the way, you can also see how its not as organized or clean as the U.S. or europe, but when you consider the construction, population, and pollution it makes sense. This is not to say they don’t have beautiful days with blue skys and there a lot of beautiful parts of the city. Once we got to the hotel Belinda checked me into a nice long stay room with a view that was only $42 a night with breakfast included. I was very happy with the hotel. there are two nice 5 star ones close by if you want to pay $80-$100 a night too. these pictures are of my room.
FYI The only english on tv is the news, but the best thing to do here is walk around so go outside. changsha has great parks, malls, and old buildings to see. plus the street life is very interesting and safe.
The next day Belinda came to my hotel and we set out to get testing done at the local hospitals. We went to two locations. one was to get a blood test to check for things like hep c or any other blood born illness. This hospital is definitely a chinese hospital very busy and not like what you may be used to, but you only spend about an hour there. The other stop was to get an ultrasound to look for calcifications. This place was cleaner and you get to meet a bunch of expecting mothers so its kinda nice.
The next day i went to the clinic for testing of all my fluids there. The clinic is not large but is very clean. In the bathroom there is a washing machine because the building is zoned for residential and businesses. I mention this because some MORON on the Prostatitis.org site who went to changsha said he thought it was funky medical equipment. It’s just a washing machine for clothes, so if you read that, that guy is not to be listened to. Another patient and I both read it before hand and laughed about it in china when we saw the washing machine.
Even though the clinic is small, its very efficient and they have everything on site. Most urologist in the U.S. do not have a microbiologist or a lab on site, and even if they do they are only as go as the lab tech. Dr. song has the best Lab tech, the best is Professor Xia! They are really really good at testing!! And they keep testing the whole time you are there. Its amazing they found all my bacterial pathogens first try, unlike my USA Dr.’s. They look for all bacteria and for fungus and anything else that may be a problem. The next day or two you get all your results and they start with the injections. They tell you exactly what they found and use specific antibiotics and Chinese meds to get you well. Belinda is always with you in the clinic so you never are unable to communicate. They always tell you whats going on, you are not getting a mystery treatment.
I had 2 medium size calcifications in my prostate and one at my seminal vesicle like Dr. Kaplan had said. I also had a really nasty bacteria and strep. The routine is 2 shots a day and they are very doable. Yes they hurt, and at the beginning its a bummer because your glands are already in bad shape so poking them with needles is no fun. However, by the end its no big deal, your glands will be in better shape and its so short you are done in just a few minutes. You only are in the dr’s office about an hour a day so the rest of your time you can explore the city.
There is a bally’s fitness in Dr. songs building but avoid doing any lower body exercises around the groin or things that may pull there, but i signed up and used this facility while i was there. Belinda can help you sign up.
The city is quite modern but also very old. There are a lot of skyscrapers, but sometimes right across the streets are old and falling apart structures. I think most places in china are like that, but its noticeable. Also notice that about one out of every 4 days is a blue sky
There are also tons of Malls. Yes brand new malls filled with stores like nike and abercrombie. The malls are not cheap though, However usually near by there are also street shops and flea market type shopping. there is also “walking street” which is an outdoor mall with shops and restaurants on either side. *Note, they are building a subway now so it may be a little under construction. But its charming and the young people are very fashionable.

At night many parts of the city are lit up. It reminds me of Las Vegas. I walked around at night a lot. The city is very safe, i mean super safe. The locals fear the police so it works out that it is very walkable at all hours. Walking around also lets you find all sorts of backstreet shops and restaurants.
They also Love fireworks and every Saturday they do a huge display over the main river. Its definitely worth seeing at least once or twice. You will hear fireworks going off at any hour of the day!
The doctors will tell you what you can, and can’t, eat. Just so you know everything there is spicy, and they are proud of it. You can avoid it, but its hard. Breakfast is easy if you stay at the hotel. For lunch you really just go to the same couple places everyday because you learn the routine and you can just point at stuff that looks good. Food is pretty cheap. Everything is fresh, even at the chinese run fast food. The name brand fast food like Mcdonald’s or kfc is horrible.
I went to theses places for lunch often, both are cheap good buffets, you can point at stuff. Each are 1 block from dr songs. Amazing sliced beef and a great warm orange sweet drink. There is also an American hamburger place if you need one. Its called mr. beer, it has a decent $8 burger. At night the streets are filled with red tents which are small bbq’s they are very good you can point and they are cheap, I often ate at them for dinner.
You will also find the outdoor food markets and street food vendors. The clinic will tell you not to eat that stuff, but everyone does and i did, and it is very yummy and cheap. The vendors are super friendly and happy to sell you something delicious for pennies, oh PS they love sweet fried bread and fried dough balls , sweet treats are EVERYWHERE.
Back to the treatment, after about 3-4 weeks i started to release some calcifications. This was very amazing to have happen. It does not hurt it is not like kidney stones. If you weren’t looking you may not notice. I released calcification material for 3 months after i came back as well. below are pictures i took of my samples. The dr’s ask that you pee in bottles while your there so they know whats going on with all that stuff. They make notes everyday because they see you everyday!
For most people calcification is white like this but longtime suffers can have the pink, or so i was told. the picture below is from another patient who had a ton of calcification, he was there with me and was so happy about the whole treatment it was nice to have him there. He was chinese and spoke some english, he took me around to dinner a few nights. Anyways These other photos are of some of my first calcifications to melt. they come out cloudy then settle to the bottom. Its probably the most amazing parts of the treatment especially when you think about the horrible surgical alternatives. Like i mentioned earlier, I released more of this stuff after I got back than while I was there.
About the time I was releasing this stuff Dr. Lee found fungus in my tests. This was super because it meant they had tracked down another pathogen and Dr. Lee suspected this could be the root problem. So they added a powerful anti fungal to the mix and cleared that up too. My last test all came back super clear and no growth so I think I was cured of all infections!
After I got home I was sore for about 3 months, and then started to feel really good. Now I feel no pain like i had before and only regional soreness after i work out, and that goes away if i don’t stress the area. I’m still healing but I’m 90% perfect with no infections so I’m thrilled! I eat and drink what i want and life is returning to normal.
These are some of the parks I mentioned there is a big island park on the river and a great central park with a great fake lake. and theres a big park on the mountain on the other side of the river GO TO ALL 3!!!!
This is the pathway park that goes all along the city side of the river, very close to the clinic. also know its foggy there a lot so its not all pollution.

3D Treatment
How 3D Treatment was Invented
Dr. Song ‘s genitourinary infection and prostatitis research started in 1988. In 1992, he began treating prostatitis with an early version of his own treatment method. As his work progressed he observed an interesting phenomenon, which he called “unblocking.” His clinical breakthrough came when he discovered that unblocking was closely related to curing prostatitis. He found that only those patients who had undergone sufficient “unblocking” of their prostate experienced no prostatitis relapse and could be declared cured. After this discovery he left the public hospital arena and opened his own private clinic.
Over the last twenty years Dr. Song has treated many complicated prostatitis cases. He has acquired extensive clinical and laboratory knowledge and experience. Also, he found his treatment to be very effective in treating other urinary and reproductive system infections, such as, urethritis, vesiculitis, vice-testis inflammation, pelvic inflammatory disease (PID), and sexually transmitted diseases. The result is the creation of his unique proprietary 3D Treatment, which he holds the independent intellectual property rights to.
Using the 3D Treatment, Dr. Song has established a high cure rate. Many prostatitis patients can confirm that Dr. Song’s 3D Treatment cured them when no other treatment method or medical establishment could. Dr. Song has been treating foreign patients since 2001. And, many patients from different countries have been successfully treatment at his clinic.
How 3D Treatment Works
The effectiveness of the 3D Treatment is a result of three critical factors: (1) proper testing to accurately identify pathogens, (2) direct injection of the most effective antibiotics into the infected areas to kill pathogens, and (3) direct injection of the unblocking formula to decalcify and clear blocked passageways.
1) First Critical Factor – Proper Laboratory Testing
We found that often patients infected with pathogens are unable to determine what they are infected with, even after having numerous medical tests. This is because many doctors are unable to correctly identify the problem causing pathogens as a result of inadequate and/or incorrect testing methods.
There are many different types of pathogens that can lead to urinary and reproductive tract infections. Infections lasting three months or more are considered chronic. Chronic infections often lead to pathogens being held or trapped in blocked areas. Thus, proper sampling techniques and testing methods are required to correctly identify the pathogens.
For example, many medical institutions and clinical urologists rely mainly on examining urine samples for prostatitis pathogens. However, urine samples generally give unsatisfactory test results. This leads to incomplete and inaccurate analysis, and widespread misdiagnosis and mistreatment. One of the best fluids to test for pathogens is the prostatic fluid. However, many urologists do not test this fluid. This is because they believe it to be unnecessary, and/or do not have the proper testing equipment.
The doctors at our 3D Treatment clinic take a variety of samples for pathogen testing, which include urethral secretions, prostate fluid, semen, blood, and cervical mucus, etc. This sampling process, when combined with an extensive set of international standard testing methods, allows us to accurately identify problem causing pathogens.
2) Second Critical Factor – Direct Injection
Oral antibiotics do not penetrate into the prostate well and/or in high enough concentrations (strength) to be effective. Once the prostate tubes are blocked as a result of an infection, no medicine can effectively penetrate into the prostate. However, our 3D Treatment injections are localized. This means injections are made directly into the prostate through the perineum without injury to the prostate or surrounding tissue. The medicines (both antibiotic and unblocking) are directly injected into the infected areas in high concentrations. Since the injections are localized, the penetration and concentration problems are solved. Also, other injection sites can be included, such as, the posterior urethra, seminal vesicles, spermatic cords, and epididymis. This results in the causative pathogens being killed, and the toxins and residues to be discharged through the patient’s urine.
Traditional Western treatment methods use oral antibiotics to treat prostatitis. It is a physiological fact that the prostate and surrounding areas are not rich in blood vessels (blood flow). Thus, blood-borne antibiotics can only have a minimal affect on these areas. Also, oral antibiotic concentration levels are limited because of the harmful effects they have on the liver and other organs. Once the pathogens are well-established in the prostate, few patients will obtain relief or a permanent cure from the use of oral and IV medicines. Direct injection solves these problems because blood flow is not used to carry the antibiotics, the injections are localized, and the high antibiotic concentrations do not affect other organs.
However, direct injection requires specialized techniques. We have the experience and capability to do it properly without causing additional harm. It is very unlikely that other doctors fully understands this technique and/or have as much experience as we do. And if so, they do not understand “unblocking.”
3) Third Critical Factor – A Proprietary Medicinal Formula
The urogenital system has a complex tubuloacinar system. Most of the urogenital system infections are intraparenchymal. The prostate gland is composed of 30-50 small tubes. Once infected, the resulting inflammatory secretions do not drain easily. If the infection cannot be eliminated during the acute period it will spread, inflammatory secretions will build up in the infected areas, the tubes and passageways will become blocked, and overtime calcification will develop. Additionally, the inflammation and blockages will hold pathogens. And, the surrounding tissue, lymphatic ducts, tiny blood vessels, glandular tubes, and nerves, will become irritated. Again, once these blockages form taking oral antibiotics and/or undergoing IV medications will be of no use; as the medications cannot reach the infected areas.
The 3D Treatment overcomes the lack of penetration and concentration problems by direct injection of antibiotics and unblocking medicine. Once these medications are injected, they immediately go to work killing pathogens and unblocking passageways. These medicines are able to work INSIDE infected areas, which previously could not be reached with sufficient strength. It is common for patients to see inflammatory sediment discharge in their urine soon after treatment begins.
As the 3D Treatment progresses, the discharged pathogens and toxins can clearly be seen by microscope, and the inflammatory and calcified material in the urine can be observed by the eye.

Once the residue and calcified material (not all patients have extensive calcification) are removed, the prostate symptoms usually improve significantly and/or totally disappear over time; the infected areas return to normal and the prostate recovers. The 3D Treatment techniques and unblocking formula are unique in killing causative pathogens, discharging toxins, and clearing blockages. There is no other treatment method like this in the world.
Advantages of 3D Treatment
1) It will not damage the prostate or surrounding tissue. Even after having continuous treatment for a month no needle marks can be found;
2) The size and shape of the prostate, urination, sexual drive, semen quality, and body condition usually improve significantly;
3) The medicine will not pass through the stomach, intestine, liver, and kidney, etc. Thus, no harm is done by the use of high concentrations;
4) The medicine works on the infected areas directly, and can work for longer time periods at higher doses. The effectiveness of each local injection can last for more than twenty hours, while the use of oral medicines usually only last for several hours;
5) During the treatment, patients can remain active after each injection. The treatment will not affect the patient’s daily life;
6) Unlike trans-rectal injections, which cause rectal tissue damage and new pathogen infections, our injections do not go through the rectum. Therefore, there is no rectal tissue damage and no new pathogen infections.
7) During treatment, we can treat several infected areas at the same time. These include: posterior urethra, prostate, seminal vesicles, spermatic cords, and epididymis.
8) The cure effect is consolidated and occurs after all the causative pathogens are killed, and the tubes of prostate and spermatic ducts are unblocked. Thus, it is difficult for the patient to relapse.
9) After the pathogens have been eradicated and unblocking has occurred, symptoms usually improve significantly and/or disappear overtime as the body heals itself. The local blood circulation and endocrine secretion tend to return to normal.
10) Injections through the pelvic gap require a specialized technique and only we have the experience and capability to do it. It is very unlikely that any other doctors has similar experience
3D Treatment Indications
1) The 3D Treatment is suitable for the following conditions:
Prostatitis, urethritis, spermatocystitis, epididymitis, and pelvic inflamtory disease (PID). Uinary and reproductive tract infections, such as, gonococcus, mycoplasma, chlamydia, candida, and other sexually transmitted diseases.
2) Our 3D Prostatitis Treatment is particularly suitable for the following complex conditions:
Overuse and misuse of antibiotics;
Multiple drug resistant pathogens;
Long durations of infection;
Multiple areas of infection;
Extensive blockage and calcification;
Compromised immune system;
Genitourinary and systematic candida infections;
Systemic viral Infections;
Who is a Typical Patient?
Our patients come from all over the world. They typically have been diagnosed as chronic prostatitis or pelvic inflammatory disease (PID) sufferers. They have a history of visiting many physicians, numerous tests, and being prescribed all sorts of oral antibiotics and medications with little or no long-term success. If this describes you, then you are a prime candidate for 3D Treatment.
The Treatment of Illness, Time, Effectiveness
Because patients have different durations of infection, pathogens, infection sites, and obstruction and calcification formation, treatment time for each patient is different. In order to fully restore one’s health other factors, such as, immunity, other diseases, psychological conditions, living habits, nature of work, and economic status, etc., must be considered.
If a patient has an infection for less than three months, has a history of acute or sub-acute infection, has identifiable pathogens, and the pathogens respond to antibiotic sensitivity testing ( killed easily), he can usually be cured in a short period of time.
If a patient has an infection for more than three months (chronic), and has blockage and calcification, then both the pathogens and blockages must be eliminated before he can be completely cured.
Generally, prostatitis is more difficult to cure than other infection because of the complicated design of the prostate and lack of blood flow. If a patient has a long history of infection, has overused antibiotics, and has extensive blockage (calcification), then treatment will be more difficult. If a patient has a short history of infection, has not overused antibiotics, and does not have extensive blockage, the treatment will be less difficult. Generally, the 3D Treatment is time dependent. The longer one has been infected, the longer it takes for treatment. And, the less time one has been infected, the less time it takes for treatment.
Normally, if there are no other factors or illness to consider, the standard course of treatment is as follows (these are general guidelines, each patient is different):
15-Day Course of Treatment: To cure the simple bacterial infections of sub-acute prostatitis (infection of 90 days or less), and normal pelvic inflammatory disease (PID).
30-Day Course of Treatment: To cure the majority of bacterial and nonbacterial infections of chronic prostatitis (infection of 90 days or more). These cases involve prostatitis, vesiculitis, vice-testis inflammation, complex pelvic inflammatory disease (PID), sexually transmitted diseases, and blockage and calcification. Most infections are killed within 30 days.
40-Day Course of Treatment: Same as 30 day treatment, but adding multiple sexually transmitted diseases, fungus, and more blockage and calcification.
More Than 40 Days or a Return Trip: Same as 40 day course, but adding extensive blockage and calcification, virus and/or anaerobe bacteria complications, etc. If a patient has been sick for several years or more they tend to develop extensive blockage and calcification, and secondary infections. They often decide to stay longer and/or return for additional treatment. If all infections have been killed a patient can return for additional unblocking when convenient.
