macのメニューバーアプリを簡単に作る
Pythonでmacのメニューバーにアイコンを表示する方法を調べてみたら
rumps という強力なライブラリを発見．
あまりにも簡単にメニューバーアプリを作成できそうだったので
試しにCPU使用率を表示するアプリを作成してみました．

たった70行程度でメニューバーアプリが作れてしまう！
しかも，ほとんど使用率グラフに関するコードで
メニューバーに対するコードは10行ほど．
