So hears what I'm thinking. I hear people say marriage is not a good deal and I agree so wouldn't cohabitation be the best alternative. Especially in states that don't recognize common law marriage.

Best option is to be independently in control of your own life, including your financial situation, home/shelter, transport, health, education, relationships.

Do you like loud music? Friends? Sports? Quiet?
If yes then cohabitation is not for you.

Cohabitation means that within 12 months you'll be selling your favourite sports gear online to stop the nagging.

I've lived with unmarried women twice. Keep in mind that you are still a "man" to them.

Both times it was messes everywhere, blame games, shit tests whenever I walk into the living room, and daily attempts to verbally or emotionally coerce me into doing things for them.

Also you're giving up your sexual freedom to monogamy, you will have someone who is like a child in your house, who will nag and complain, demand you do chores, and demand you pay for stuff that they use. You're better off getting a dog.

Once she's in, it will be very hard to get her to move out, expect a war.

Lets say she fucks a black guy, and now you have to sleep with her in the same bed, but you feel kind of disgusted by her, and you would like for her to move out. And temporarily you would like for her to not sleep in your bed with you. Since I can assume it is your bed and you are paying the rent :)

If she does not want to leave, you cannot make her leave. In any State. Think hard about that.

MGTOWs generally aren't against relationships just committed relationships. Cohabitation usually is the gateway drug for you paying the bills and supporting her. From then on the slide begins to become inevitable.
