If you are a male I would suggest a male. Let's say you have a problem like, not being able to get a date. A woman will not understand that. They simply wont. You can talk to them for 473 years strait about it. They will not get it. If you dress them up as a fat man, and send them out to get a date with women for let's say 10 years strait, they would then understand.

Find someone with expertise in mens issues... Neurolinguistic programming. Prepare for a minimum of 1 year of therapy. They going twice per week.
