There's a little Godzilla in town.

Yankee slugger Hideki Matsui quietly became a daddy earlier this year when the most mysterious of all Bomber wives gave birth to a little boy, The Post has learned.

Matsui married last March, and strangely offered only a sketch drawing of his new bride, who is fiercely private.

But a year after their nuptials, The Post has discovered Matsui's wife's identity. She is Ai Nakayama, a 26-year-old former secretary from Kureha, a small town 150 miles northwest of Tokyo.

Nakayama met the slugger while she was working as a secretary at the sporting-goods company Mizuno, in Tokyo. Matsui, who had recently broken up with another woman, has an endorsement contract with Mizuno.

Matsui goes to great lengths to keep her identity secret from the American and Japanese press. Japanese publications run photos of her with her face blurred because of strict libel laws.

The Yankee girls also respect her privacy, hosting a baby shower for Nakayama in a room at Yankee Stadium, according to Laura Posada, Jorge's wife.

"Michelle Damon and Erin Robertson did a great job decorating and organizing games," she said. "Amber [Sabathia] arranged for the presents."

Ai is "the sweetest thing," Posada added. "She hasn't been at the game since she had the baby. She's learning English."
