Horny teens hump away despite Big Brother sex laws

Regardless of whether a controversial suggestion to outlaw sex among under-15s in Tokyo, junior high school pupils in the capital are clearly seeking the pleasures of the flesh with a relish hardly fitting for their years, according to Shukan Taishu.

"Pregnancies and sexually transmitted diseases are causing worries for an increasing number of junior high school pupils. Many teenagers are also getting caught up in crimes involving sex. The Tokyo Metropolitan Government set up a task force on teenage sex to combat these problems," a reporter covering City Hall tells Shukan Taishu. "At its very first meeting, one of the task force members suggested outlawing sex until at least graduation from junior high school."

Tokyo's mid-teens are certainly getting their teeth into, well, each other. Teachers in the capital conducted a survey of their pupils two years ago, finding that 6.8 percent of boys and 8.7 percent of girls attending junior high school had already lost their virginity, a stunning increase on the 1.5 percent and 5.4 percent recorded in an identical poll carried out just three years earlier. Some suggest the current situation could be even worse.

"I guess about a third of the girls in my class have already done it. We all gather in the girls' room during recesses to compare the hickeys our boyfriends have given us," a final year junior high school girl identified only as A-ko tells Shukan Taishu.

Her friend, called B-ko, goes even further.

"We're getting ready for our school cultural festival at the moment. We're using a spare classroom as a warehouse for all the stuff we need, so the place is packed full of cardboard boxes. Somebody said they could hear weird noises coming from the room, so a friend went in to check up on it and found the ace of the school baseball team rubbing up the tits of the student council representative," B-ko says. "The girl was moaning, telling him how good it felt. My friend says the ace was petting the little bald man in a boat she had tucked down in her skirt."

Another young girl, in her first year at high school, notes that today's teens start young.

"My first time was with a guy from high school who lived in my neighborhood. I'd known him since I was little, sort of treated him like a big brother and we were kind of playmates. I got my first period when I was a fourth grader and my boobs started to grow and my 'big brother' started to look at me in a different way. I was starting to get interested in him as well and started masturbating at around the same time. Then, I deliberately started going around to his house to play," the girl tells Shukan Taishu, adding that her "big brother" took away her chastity just before she entered junior high school. "When my 'big brother' was studying for his high school entrance exams, we did it every single day. And all the time, my parents thought he was helping me with my studies."

Parental ignorance of the situation, feigned or otherwise, is apparently quite common with the weekly saying that a common trait among all the girls it interviewed was that their folks pretended nothing was happening when it came to their children's sexuality.

"My bedroom is really messy, so my mom often comes in and cleans it up," B-ko says. "Even when there're condoms all over the room, she'll pick them up and put them tidily on my bookshelves for me."

A Tokyo teacher has some sympathy for parents.

"Some time ago, a girl in her last year of junior high school suddenly went missing. She'd always been a good student and seemed the type who got on well with her parents, so I thought she must have been the victim of some horrible crime," the teacher says. "It turns out she'd fallen pregnant and run away from home because she didn't know what to do. She was really a good kid, so none of her teachers or her parents knew how to cope with what had happened. I've really got no idea what's going on in the minds of today's kids."

Today's kids, meanwhile, seem undaunted by the prospect of Big Brother cracking down on their lecherous playtime.

"Even after they banned enjo kosai, there are still girls out there doing it," a teenage girl tells Shukan Taishu, referring to legislation targeting teenage prostitutes. "There's no point in creating laws about sex. Even worse, I hate the idea that these guys are trying to control other people's sex lives."
