Shipping documents obtained by "20/20" show how suppliers for Premier Exhibitions -- one of the top companies for bodies exhibits -- avoid the laws relating to human remains.

As seen at left, they declare the human bodies as plastic models intended for medical teaching.

According to Professor Olson, that isn't accurate.

"This is not a model any more than a mannequin is a human being," he told "20/20."
