For an average price of $25, millions of Americans have gone to see real human bodies -- like the one pictured to the left -- at "Bodies ...the Exhibition," what is now a run-away hit show that has been seen in Las Vegas, San Diego and at the South Street Seaport in New York.
In a process called plastination, human bodies are skinned, trimmed and essentially pickled or cured in plastic before being placed on display.
