美少女アダルトアニメ雑誌及び美少女アダルトアニメシュミレーションゲームの
製造・販売を規制する法律の制定請求
今街中に、当たり前の様に氾濫している美少女アダルトアニメ雑誌やゲームは、大人の男性が、幼い少女を思いのままに操って、自分の性欲の奴隷に仕立て上げていくシュミレーションゲームで、筋書きに幼い少女を犯す陵辱シーンが多く有ります。
ランドセルを背負った小学生の少女をイメージしているものが多く、幼い女の子にとって極めて危険な社会をつくりだす凶器となっています。そしてこのようなゲームに誘われた青少年の多くは知らず知らずの中に心を破壊され、人間性を失っています。このような商品の販売は青少年にとっても極めて危険です。既に幼い少女が連れ去られ殺害される事件が現実に起きてしまっています。
これらの事により、幼い少女達を危険に晒す社会を創り出していることは明らかで、表現の自由などと云う以前の問題です。少女達の命を危険に晒す表現の自由が存在するはずはありません。
社会倫理を持ち合わせていない企業、利潤追求のみのために、幼い少女を危険に晒している商品の、製造及び販売を規制するための、罰則を伴った法律の制定を急ぐ必要を我々は痛感し、署名の提出によって、美少女アダルトアニメ雑誌及び、美少女アダルトアニメシュミレーションゲーム製造及び、販売規制法の罰則を伴った法律制定を請求致します。

Demand for the enactment of a law to regulate the manufacture and sales of
adult comic magazines and adult simulation games which portray young girls as
sexual objects.
At this very moment, on our streets in Japan, one can easily find adult comic
magazines and simulation games which show little girls being manipulated by men
to fulfill their own sexual desires . Many of these depict the rape of little
girls in story from. They also often use images of girls wearing their
elementary school backpacks. This is creating an extremely dangerous society for
young girls. In addition, boys who play these games are unwittingly drawn into a
destructive situation in which they gradually lose their humanity. Thus, the
sale of these types of products is extremely harmful to boys as well as girls.
And already these days we hear of incidents of little girls being abducted and
murdered for sexual pleasure.
Knowing all of this, it is clear that something must be done about this society
which exposes children to such danger. Protecting life is more fundamental than
the "freedom of expression". Such an expression of "freedom"
that exposes little girls to life threatening danger should not be allowed to
exist.
We are painfully aware that it it necessary to quickly approve a law to regulate
the sale and manufacture of these types of products. These products expose
little girls to danger purely for profit, oblivious to the morals of our
society.
With this petition we demand that manufacture and sale of adult comic magazines
and simulation games depicting young girls as sexual objects be regulated by
law.
